  The agreement between us is only created once we send you the products you have ordered, and not before. This means we have accepted

• Damaged or Incorrect products.
  In an unlikely event that an item sent to you is damaged or incorrect, please email to us and post the item back. A replacement item will be
  despatched to you upon receiving the damaged or incorrect products sent to us.

• Availability of products
  The availability of products will be updated regularly for you review. The dispatch and delivery times are approximate and delays can occur.

• Age restrictions

  of the age restrictions.

• Lost in Transit
  If the order is delayed in transit, please allow 10 working days for your delivery. If the items are not received after 10 working days, email the
